  We develop a Virtual Reality Experience over Unreal Engine using Meta Quest Pro VR glasses, Manus trackers and gloves to improve police training.
  
  The 3d scenarios were created using photogrametry with drone and professional cameras with Blender.
  The desition tree of NPC and avatar was developed outside Unreal Engine with a centralized Node server using Socket.io to meet real time constrain.
  We simplify the development using Docker Compose, Terraform and Cloud Run of Google Cloud Platform for the Node server component and MySql database.

  Panal - Start Up

  We designed and developed a mobile hybrid application to benefit entrepreneurs through the social network: PANAL Comunidad, also available in Apple Store and Play Store.

  PANAL Comunidad backend is developed using the Google Cloud Platform, including App Engine, Firestore Real Time Database, Firestore Authentication. In the other hand, front end is developed using React Native and Figma.

  At the same time, we improve the financial web application PANAL Pesos; adding new functionalities like Market Size Analysis and adding users suggestions.

  Popular - Crédito Hipotecario ADL (Aval Digital Labs) - full time remote - leader

  This project improve dramatically the mortgage credit process of Banco Popular; the pre-approval of a mortgage loan lasts days before this project, now it's done online in minutes.

  I got involved in the project in a difficult situation after the architect quit.
  The 2021 had high labor turnover claiming almost all the developers team.
  We rebuilt the team starting from just one remaining developer.

  I resumed the project and I had to face the first product launch.

  The frontend uses Micro Frontends over ReactJS using WebSockets to communicate.
  The backend uses serverless componentes (AWS Lambda) orchestrated with AWS Step Functions.
  All the project uses Hexagonal Architecture, Domain Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development, uses CI/CD and it is based in Scrum sprints with the shortest time box of 1 week.

  The Ethical Hacking Test done by Entelgy found 4 vulnerabilities; we solveded each one whitin the expected period of 3 weeks.

  I continue leading the previous team and also I'm in charge of:
  Cost optimization, e.g. fixing unnecessary backups regarding its lifecycle of AWS Dynamo Backups.
  Operation efficiency, e.g. improve the user creation avoiding side team dependencies.
  Assure Security client requirements, e.g. chose the best design to serve vpn for some clients.
  Designing new services, e.g. Design the right data distribution for a new entity, starting from the ETL (AWS Glue y AWS EMR), then a NoSQL database (AWS Dynamo) and at last with the API and batch endpoints.

  As a sidework I was involved in the recruitment process of the enterprise doing technical assesments.

  I empower a new dev team to embrace the ADL guidelines and the scrum culture. I was commited to evolve the architecture according with the aws well architecture.

  My previous boss chose me to give continuity with the new team because I have a complete business and technical perspective, also because I have the ability to train new collaborators verbally or in writing.

  We reduced the cost by 85% of one of the components that was causing the most pain to stakeholders. We avoid rewrite unchanged data.

  Twice I developed the architect's role while his vacations.

  We developed the improved 2nd version of Aportes en Línea's Web Service -it's core business is data comercialization-.
  We work in an organized auto managed team. We develop using the scrum framework, the Test Driven Development and Gherkin methodologies.
  The stakeholders obtained a new service easy to evolve and scale because was built on top of aws cloud technology.
  Some of the aws components used: Glue, EMR, Dynamo, Lambda, Batch. Some languages used: javascript, typescript, go, python, java.

  Architect - Full Stack Developer

  I was commited to desing and evolve a web platform to make financial projections and verify if some bussines goal is profitable before it starts and help to raise investment.
  CEO Lorena Roa asked me to start this great project as the main technology collaborator because I stood out in a previous startup we worked together.
  One great challenge was to translate the financial knowledge of the Professor and Finantial Consultor Jhon Jimenez to the platform.
  We worked with a scrum based framework. The service was developed to be flexible, stable, testable and easy to use.
  Some tools used: wordpress, gulp, angularjs.

  I worked as member of the architect comitee, I had to give support to various teams.
  In order to facilitate CI/CD of the Midas project, I automated the compilation process of hundred of Delphi applications. I developed it with Maven.
  I led the Asopago's front-end team; I had to deliver the basis and standars above the entire project front-end was developed.
